どのようにお世話してほしいか、食事やおやつはどうするか、お昼寝の時間や癖はあるか、好きな遊びや玩具はあるか、躾の方針、訪問者や電話対応について、英語教室へのお迎え方法などをヒアリングいたします。
また、この時にどんなシッターをご希望されるのかもお聞きいたします。

弊社より契約書類を郵送致します。ご記入後弊社までご返送いただき契約が締結となります。
締結後、ベビーシッターのご利用を申し込みます。電話・メール・LINE＠にて随時受け付けております。
その時に利用日、利用時間、お子様に関する情報(名前、性別、生年月日、アレルギーの有無など)、保育場所などを確認いたします。

家庭教師は初回のみ15分前にご自宅に訪問します。その後は5分前には到着します。
その時に当日の緊急連絡先、当日のお子様の状態、授業に必要な備品、使用して良い部屋、だめな部屋などをお聞きします。

At that time, we will ask for the emergency contact information for that day, the child's condition on that day, the equipment needed for the lesson, the rooms that can be used, and the rooms that cannot be used.

シッターはお預かりした間のお子様の様子を口頭でお伝えすると共に、「シッティングレポート」を御渡しさせていただきます。
お昼寝の時間、食事・おやつの時間と量、排泄の時間と様子、何をして遊んだか、お子様の様子やご機嫌などをしっかりとレポートとして記録いたします。
The babysitter will verbally inform you of your child's situation during the care period and also provide you with a "Sitting Report".
We will carefully record in the report details such as the nap time, the time and amount of meals and snacks, the time and situation of excretion, what games the child played, and the child's state and mood.

指定口座へお振込みをお願い致します。

初回ご利用分のご請求書はご利用日より1週間前後、2回目以降や定期のご利用は毎月15日締め、末日締めにて請求書をお送り致します。
お支払い期日までに弊社指定口座へお振込みください。※利用頻度が高いお客様へは、口座振替のお手続きも可能でございます。
The invoice for the first - time use will be sent around one week after the usage date. For the second - time and subsequent uses or regular usage, the invoices will be sent with a cut - off date of the 15th or the last day of each month.
Please transfer the payment to the account designated by our company by the due date. ※ For customers with high - frequency usage, we also offer the option to handle account transfer procedures.
