Since there may be sudden health problems with the child, we do not charge a cancellation fee. If it becomes inconvenient for you, please contact us via LINE or phone to cancel the reservation.
急なお子様の体調不良などもございますので、キャンセル料は頂いておりません。ご都合が悪くなられましたらLINEかお電話でキャンセルのご連絡をお願い致します。

By when should I make a reservation for temporary use?
一時利用の予約はいつまでにすればよいですか？

A

Basically, we request that you make your reservation by the day before. It depends on the reservation situation, but there may be times when reservations are fully booked. So, it's advisable to make your reservation with a margin of about one week to three days in advance for peace of mind. Depending on the circumstances, we may also be able to accept same - day reservations.
ご予約は基本的には前日までにお願いしております。ご予約状況にもよりますが、ご予約が立て込む場合がございますので1週間～3日前程度余裕を持たれますと安心です。状況によりましては、当日のお受入れも可能です。
